Ti Kokoon is an independent accommodation located within the Koly'Dream estate, in Saint-François, Guadeloupe , in a calm and pleasant environment.

Designed to offer comfort, tranquility and autonomy , this accommodation is ideal for travelers wishing to fully enjoy the laid-back Caribbean lifestyle, while benefiting from a peaceful setting close to the beaches, the marina and the main attractions of Saint-François.

The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including free high-speed Wi-Fi , a spacious outdoor terrace , free private parking and access to the facilities of the cottage.

To ensure a comfortable stay even in a tropical environment, the property is equipped with a buffer water tank , ensuring a continuous water supply.
In an ecological and forward-looking approach, Koly'Dream will soon be powered by a solar installation with photovoltaic panels and batteries , enabling clean energy production and greater energy autonomy.

Conditions of stay

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• For stays of 7 nights or more : a welcome basket will be offered.
• From 15 nights onwards : discounted rates apply and linen change included

The Koly'Dream cottage can also be entirely privatized , subject to availability.

Pets may be accepted , subject to prior agreement and compliance with the conditions of the accommodation.

Fees and services

Mandatory service fees (including end-of-stay cleaning) :

• €50 for a stay of 3 to 6 nights
• €100 for a stayfrom 7 nights

Optional services:

• Additional cleaning hour: €20

For stays longer than 10 days , linen (sheets and towels) is changed free of charge to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
